To continue the admission process, you may fill out an admission application (below) for the desired school year. Once completed, please return the form with the one-time $75.00 registration fee to VMS.

Pending acceptance into our program, you will be given an enrollment agreement, health forms and other documentation to be completed prior to your child beginning school.
