Often, parents ask me how we manage up to 22 preschool children in a classroom with ‘just’ two adults. Well, apart from the amazing individuals our ‘just’ two teachers are in each room, our classroom organization works because of our Olders, a.k.a., the kindergarteners.  These children are the foundation of our classes, modeling (usually :-) ) the behavior we want to see in everyone.  They are the experts, and help us in classroom management enormously. 

With all that responsibility, we want to provide them with some special civic, educational and fun activities throughout the year.  Once a month, these Leaders will meet to carry out these activities. Some will happen here at school, some away, some in the evening, while some may require outside resources, and we hope you’ll support their activities generously.
