Ashley Richards has worked at Village Montessori School since 2015.  Starting out as a volunteer, she then hired on as an afternoon daycare aide, then senior staff/teacher in the 2 Year Old Program.  Ashley is now a teacher in the Infant & Toddler Program.  She genuinely enjoys working with children.  Ashley has a Senior Staff/Teacher credential.

 Both of Ashley’s children attended VMS.  When she is not at school taking care of children, Ashley loves spending time with her family and friends, coaching softball and enjoys shopping in her spare time.
